So I made a short video and was able to upload it to my FTP server easily as well as grab the embed code:

It is a neat tool. It has this half sun about the size a dime at the top of your screen that allows you to access video and picture creation tools. Once you select video you are made to select what portion of the screen you want to record and then you start. It takes audio from your default device and when you press stop it lets you upload it. You can send it to screencast or to your own ftp server etc. I attempted to resize the video from about 800X800 to 400X400 which I assumed would reduce the size of the video, but instead it changed the size of the player and only plays a section of the video.

I dont think I have a use for this tool ATM, but I am not uninstalling it yet.
