I had the honor of witnessing and participating in the EA degree of a friend and now Brother. I took the challenge of another Brother to learn the EA Charge (its a short lecture) and it was on of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life.
Not that I have accomplished much at 30 years old. I have an MBA which took many 20 page papers, I have owned or own a few companies, I teach and have been teaching since 24 at the University level. Whatever.
From a professional standpoint I felt the most accomplishment tonight as I gave a friend – now Mason – the EA Charge. I was proud to say my father in law, great friend and Brother Chuck helped me a lot and offered some good advice when I was done as well. I did my best and the result was pleasing. I am rewarded in Masonry as well as in my professional and personal life.
SO the point was. I tried and I accomplished something that wasn’t the easiest thing in the world and it would have been very apparent if I hadn’t done well. Off to bed and my personal accomplishments as a Dad – a whole other level
