I received my copy of Vista today and I am installing it in my Toshiba Laptop.

3.2 Ghz
1 Gig Ram
60 Gig HDD
Model A65-S106

Initial run of install was quick. On reboot it seems to be completing the installation for a while. I didnt run a compatability check on this laptop, so it will be interesting to see if the installation will work and what else might go wrong when it finally loads up.

I realize after finally taking the time to read that I really wanted Ultimate. I needed to be able to watch TV as well as remote into the machine. Business gives me Aero and all of that, but I cant watch TV.

Costco is having a sale on a desktop that I will purchase that should give me everything but remoting since it is Home Professional.
