I utilized the code from http://www.kennedyhuber.com and upgraded to .NET 2.0 . I realize that there are some improvements that can be made in the code including making it more modular, but also feature I want to add.

I also updated the version of huberaudio.exe that I was using for http://www.kristinhuber.com to include the ability to upload sonic heatbeat monitor sounds for kaylin.
