So we started CIS 363 last night and it was a good class. I stuck close the course curriculum and we accomplished a lot in about 2.5 hours. I was reminded of how useful sites like webmonkey.com and w3schools.com are. Just really good stuff for someone wanting to get into web development or someone like me who might forget the correct way of placing a certain inline style.

It happens. I dont use this stuff everyday anymore. I use it maybe weekly and then it is usually the same stuff I use over and over. I dont get a whole lot of variety in my programming diet. Teaching certainly helps this. I get challenged by students in each class and asked to do things that I haven’t considered in a while or maybe haven’t ever done.

Anyway CIS 363 is a great class and has some fun outcomes. Makes me happy to teach since it is a class that is so rewarding to students.
