They use yahoo groups for the engine, but there are plenty of great postings on the information only group. Each week I see at least 5 or 6 job opportunities and they are always the first to let me know about Microsoft coming to town.

Just a simple and easy way to keep up to date on Microsoft stuff and some non MS stuff in AZ.
