We stayed at Emerald Cove in Parker, AZ this weekend and it was just ok. How did it all happen?

When we bought our RV, they got our phone number and called. We got 25 free nights. The first 3 nights required us to listen to a 90 minute presentation. Colorado River Adventures was the sell.

Almost $7K for lifetime free staying at any of like 100 resorts.. sure sounds great. We said no. They gave us $50 and $100 in rebates. And a guilt trip. It was horrible. She went from used car salesman to guilt trip in no time. Just plain lame.

We talked with another camper and she told us that her salesperson wasnt nearly as high pressure. I believe her, but I felt really bad after leaving the sales floor. I suggest that you take the tour and stay the free nights, but try and skip the presentation or at least be prepared for the guilt trip.
