Every single day is an interview.

Each and every day is an interview. I have had this in mind for about 6 months now. I have had examples of this regularly and most recently I have realized this had been true for some time.
I am a member of azgroups.com. It’s a Microsoft .NET group for developers or IT professionals in AZ. [...]

Work Breakdown Structures

I have WBS’s coming out my ears at the moment. I have taken several PMP course during my MBA and I am back now for more PM training. WBS’s are the center point of effective project management – but how are they used?
Some say as a checklist. Others as the guiding light. I like network [...]
