I just received an email from someone that told me they had read Kennedy’s blog about Glendale Exterminating in Glandale AZ.

What a junk company. I couldnt get them to come out at the right time. We clean and move furniture and they wouldnt show up. They sprayed in an irratic fashion and it just didnt seem to help get rid of the pests.

I finally had to call and confront the owner. She insisted that I had the wrong day down and decided to start yelling at me on the phone. I calmly asked her if she was a member of the BBB and she said she was.

Well she isnt. I reported the action to the BBB anyway and filed a consumer complaint. Glendale Exterminating refused to respond (another sign of a bad company) and was negative was noted for the company.

Well reader, I am glad you read my post. Go with any other company.
